Mission

The mission of the Business-to-Business (B2B) Consulting division of J.D. Power and Associates is to enable better decisions and results for businesses through credible, meaningful, easily accessible customer-based information.

The B2B Consulting Division has significant experience in assessing B2B customer satisfaction and predicting customer needs across a number of industries.
