Certified Retailer is open to all dealers across the country who achieve and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction in the new-vehicle purchase experience. J.D. Power and Associates determines whether a dealership will be certified via a mail survey of the dealership's sales customers selected on a random sample basis. Positive attainment of the qualifying score, based on an industry wide benchmark signifies the highest attention to sales satisfaction, which results in the Certified Retailer designation.
